Anyone out there have Advantage Insurance? Trying to get some info for my sister-in-law, her husband is retired from Chrysler.

Advantage has several plans in order to avoid confusion your should have them call the member services phone number and ask the about whether they cover weight loss surgery and if they do ask them to mail or fax the requirement to your SIL.
