Things I learned

Strap perfect, sold at Walgreen, is a great product. It extends the life of a bra as you shrink and really makes the girls stand up and salute!

I like the dinners made for toddles. Especially if I have stops to make before work. They do not have to be refridgerated. The dried fruit is yummy too

I walked out of the drugstore with a presription I couldn't take. It was extended realease. I called and got the sript in tablet form, but this mistake cost me fifty dollars. I will now check my meds before I leave the store. Once you leave, no refund. I understand why. I have asked for an alert to be put on my file at my Dr. and drugstore regarding the form of meds I can and can not take.

I like to wear dresses. Mostly because dresses weren't flattering before wls. I have learned it is O.K. to wear a dress just for the pleasure it gives me. I relly don't need to wait for a dress up occasion. It is great to feel a bit sassy!

I think my girls already put up the white flag to surrender though so I'm not sure anything for my bra would help. lol!
