feeling fine! havent had one time of being sick altho i am following the ST VINCENT YELLOWS to the  T! have lost 23 lbs in two weeks...sort of at a draw right now. the larger incision on left side for some reason sore again...must have moved to fast or something. legs and knees no longer hurting. has been rigid endeavor but well worth it to get to my goals.

Congrats and glad you are doing well. My incision on the left side is still a little tender and I am 6 weeks out. I feel better than ever so hang in there and continue to sip and walk!

Hey!  Great to hear of your progress.  (Both of you!)

I always love hearing from our newbies.  It brings back some great memories and some time to reflect on the awesome journey we each take.

I am glad you are following the St. V "yellow bible" .  I did too and had no problems at all.

Hang in there and keep posting!

Huge hugs,
Tracy

Good to hear you are feeling well and on the mend.  The left side is what everyone complains of so your normal and on target lol.  Just keep doing what you are told and you will be very successful in your journey to a new you.

Good Luck and congrats on the 23 lbs. Way to go! I too had those evil left side pains   at times it seemed like I wouldn't even do anything and then I would get that stabbing and burning pain. I was told it was the scar tissue developing. I remember using a pillow a lot to cushion my tummy when I sat or layed down. It did take quite a few weeks for the pain to stop. I used vitamin E on my skin once the incision's turned to scar.
Don't be suprised if you have stalls because my first one hit right about 2 wks out. I couldn't believe that in the 3rd week I hadn't lost anything. Stalls are so frustrating but, your body is balancing so much right now and completely out of whack from what it has known for so long. Be good to your body and it will take care of you.
Be Well  : )
