Clothing Exchange

Thank you for putting this on! It was so nice to get to see my friends, and show off my Tink tattoo! My mom felt so welcomed, and that's really appreciated.

Wow, I didn't see all the dramatic posts until just now. I didn't read yesterday evening or in the morning. I was having a down night last night. (Sometimes my heart just hurts so much still for Maggie.) I'm sorry if people missed this exchange because of that, because it was a nice get together.

I just want to say, I love my OH IN family. I couldn't have made it through this year without your support.

It was so nice seeing you and your mom. It was a small group that showed up today but you know, sometimes, there are so many people that I leave feeling like I missed out on seeing just about every one there! Today, I got to enjoy terrific conversation.

I'm sad that I couldn't make it and I missed everyone. We really need to meet up some time Linda.

I just wanted to add my thanks to Robin for being such a great hostess and friend  ~ even when things were a little tense, (oops, no dishes)she held things together . Alot of prayer and preparation went into this day. It was WONDERFUL to see my OH pals today, to fellowship and come away refreshed, & FILLED with the  joy of friendship.

Oh Linda- TINK is so cute! I was so glad to see you & Mom. I can't tell you what seeing you there did for me. I too, have those down times when you think your heart will never feel anything but pain & loss. I love you little sister!

I had a great time too. The smaller group was nice to sit and visit with. I actually talked to everyone and got to visit! Linda, it was very nice to meet you in person. I'm so glad you came.

I'm sorry. I don't think anyone thought to bring a camera yesterday. I was having such a good time talking that I think the closest anyone came to think about 'pictures' was when they were looking at Ellen's terrific Hawaii pics.

I want to thank Robin for putting on the clothing exchange. I am sorry that people can't get past thing that happened in the past and that thing have been misunderstood. I used to have so much fun helping people find things on tables. Again thank you Robin! Michelle

Who exactly did you help? The 10 of us were in the other room eating...you decided to help yourself to the clothes that you wanted, before anybody else was even in there! And then left ( which was fine but you helped NOONE but yourself) DO NOT COME TO THE NEXT ONE!

I did that to avoid trouble. Also I helped anyone who could use those sizes and those clothes unless you threw them in the trash. I was under the understanding from previous exchanges that the clothes not taken were donated to Robin's church to do with what they wanted like give them to the needy or to missions. So hopefully someone got or is going to get some good of them. Thanks again to Robin the only one who is an adult in this group besides maybe me. I love everyone on here including you Shana! The Lord says to love others as thy self so I do love you and the others on this board too bad the feeling is reciprocated! Thanks Michelle
P.S. the Lord also said to turn the other cheek which I am doing.
