Dr. Gupta to Dr. Cacucci

I saw Dr. Gupta for the last time this week before she leaves her practice and selected Dr. Cacucci as my new physician.  Dr. Gupta was very happy with my progress and very encouraging about me being able to reach my ultimate goals.  I met Dr. Cacucci when I was in the hospital so I went with her as my new doctor.  I will miss Dr. Gupta. 

I also switched from Dr. Gupta to Dr. Cacucci.  Its sad. While I've only met with her a few times, I did like her.  I've never met Dr. Cacucci, but I've heard she's also a good doctor. So, hopefully it will all be ok!! :)

I like Dr C.. she was my Dr and has done a fantastic job taking care of me!! She is stern and doesnt want you to wait to long if you have a problem...She cxares without being overt emotional.

I've been with Dr. Gupta for about 5 years She has done several surgeries on me beside the WLS. When my intestines became ischemic, Dr. Gupta was out of town so Dr. Cacucci stepped in. She literally save my life. Mayo Clinic thought it was a very good statement toward both surgeons abilities that I am alive today. So..yes, I was switched to Dr. Caucicci also.Her personality is very similar to Dr. Gupta...but I'm going to miss Dr. Gupta anyway. My last appointment with her is Monday. I'd like for her to feel that my stomach issues are behind me and that the last surgery was a total success...but...I have a feeling that I'm getting a hernia...so....we'll see. If I lived closer to where she's going, I'd be switching to there.

As I said though, I like Dr. Cacucci, so I'm cool. I just didn't want Dr. Diaz. There's just something about him that I don't like....
