Thank you very much Duane !!! I'm feeling pretty good, able to do so much more, sleep better at night, fit in smaller size clothes, etc. I know you know the feeling too !!!! If only the next 100 lbs would drop as quickly as the first 100 lbs, wish, wish, wish, lol. Take care and thanks again !!!
