T Tapp Exercise Program?

Has anyone on here used this program with any success??  My mom has worked with this Thereas lady personally and swears by the program, but my mom tends to get sucked into fads and such.

My mom sent me this DVD and I just got it today so I haven't tried it, but would like some feedback from others who have used it.
