I agree with Shanna! Also make sure you eat your fiber one cereal every morning! The fiber should help keep you full or at least it does for me. Drink lots of water and the crystal light on the go packets rock. Eat lots of protein and vegetables. I swear by the liver reduction diet. I have PCOS and it's so hard to loose even a pound, but on this diet I have lost 33 pounds so far as of 4/22/09. I am never hungry anymore and I am an emotional eater. Dr. Mattar and his staff are awesome and I know they are there if you need help. The support groups are wonderful also.

Theresa, what support groups do you go to?  I haven't gotten to Indy for one yet...I am going to try and get to the Lafayette one tomorrow.
