Anybody heard from Keith?  I was up at St. V's last evening and he was already checked out so I missed you, Keith.  They sure don't keep 'em long anymore, up there.  Let us know how you are doing.

The staff told me they had 9 more have surgery today.

Hi Kathy !!!  Hi Tracy !!!!  I heard from Keith Tuesday and all seemed to be going well.  He thought he was going to be going home Wednesday.  He had mentioned he was going to give the computer a break so I'm sure he'll be back around when he is ready.

Thanks Jamie.  I'm glad he's doing ok.  I didn't know his last name but I ask to see Keith and they said they had no Keith at all.  So I must have just missed home but glad he was feeling well enough to go home.

Hope you are doing good too and enjoying your summer with your family.  You are losing Big Time.  You must feel like a million bucks and you're just getting started.  I'm so happy for you.
big hugs,
Kat

OMG Jamie.  I just noticed that you've lost almost 100# since April.    You are smokin'.  You'll be a century club member really soon.  I never did get an official century club card.  I've asked several how to do it and no one seems to know.  Oh well, that's ok.  I know I lost it.

I'm gonna go eat more bing cherries.  Yummmmmy.

Thank you so much for the kind and encouraging words.  I'm feeling so much better than I did pre-surgery.  I can stand up for long periods of time w/o looking for a chair, I can walk miles now instead of feet, not to mention I get so much more done around the house.  If I could just land a job I would be almost a close to perfect, in my eyes anyway, lol.

I hope your doing well and your dad is back mowing his yard, or at least close too.  I'm taking care of my dad now while my mom is at work, last Sunday he had a really bad sneezing episode and broke two ribs, sounds almost unreal but that's what happened, after picking up his dentures from the driveway (they flew out of his mouth) he thought he broke a rib, so he calls me to run him out to the er at our local hospital and sure enough he broke a rib plus one more.  The doc said it was not the first time he has seen someone who had done this.  Really scared him though and he is in a lot of pain right now and were watching out for pneumonia.  It sure seems like we all have something to deal w/ 24/7 it's nice to know we have all our friends on here to confide in from time to time.

I'm going to get me some cherries I guess our tree has nothing on it this year.  I lost my apple tree to a storm, my plum tree is about dead, and the cherry tree seems to be following suit w/ the plum tree.  So I'll be picking mine at Kroger this year, I did pick about 8 quarts of raspberries though, anyway good to hear from you and take care !!!!!

Hey Kathy  wanted to ck in with you. I have now lost 54lbs and took another belt notch in this morning sooooooo i guess something was done on the operating table that day in July. ha   I appreciated if I hadnt told you for coming to see me after i had already flew the nest. They were so good there to me at St V and would recommend them to everyone. My brother in law has now started the process to have this done. Hope you are doing well and still chugging along
