Sunday...

Good morning all...

I hope most of you were able to enjoy some fireworks. It rained here practically all day long. What a pain in the rump! We didn't go out to the track and stayed inside. Afout 10 or so all of the neighbors were shooting off their stuff. There was one, a few blocks away, that must have spent at least a thousand bucks on theirs. They had the huge, light-up-the-sky ones...and several of them. A neighbor accross the street came over and was telling us about all the debris he already had to remove from his yard. He said the road was pretty littered too...especially from the new neighbors on the corner. They weren't sweeping/kicking any of their garbage out of the road at all. The only thing they picked up was the beer bottles that they used for some of their stuff. I hope they go out and pick up their garbage today. Although...it's still raining here so I doubt it. Bill is pretty positive that some of their debris landed on top of the RV based on how close they were to it. They really couldn't have gotten much further from it though. So..I'm just hoping that there is no damage done to it.

I'm not sure what I'll do today. I'm not really in the mood to do much. I'm not feeling A-1 today either so I'm sure it won't be a big woo-hoo whatever I do accomplish.

It poured in Terre Haute most of yesterday. They cancelled the public fireworks, and will try again for tonight, so I hear. Not a big fan of fireworks, myself. They scare me. So we don't usually go. Mikey is like me in that respect, so he doesn't mind.

We bought a few and set them off Friday night...Tonight we are probably going to Mooresville Park to see theirs. I am so cold right now I expect i'll be wearing sweats by tonight..

My new teeth... I am getting used to... I have some stitches coming loose that are causing bumps and still some swelling in my upper lip but.. well... I finally started loosing weight... couldnt even bite the little pc of bread in church this morning. had to let it dissolve in my mouth..

Hi everyone. We had a soggy 4th as well. We plan on going over to a friends house and doing the fireworks tonight. Not sure if I really feel like it though. I'm having a rough time with my 2 week pre op diet. I always have a darn headache. I'm having a hard time liking the protein drinks too, I'm trying to look at them as medicine. I made them into some knox blox jello today so we'll see how that goes.

I'm off for a nap now.

I always get headachy when I am dehydrated... hateing the protien are  you STILL getting in enough liquids??? I know your preop but if your not getting enough fluids you can still get headachy..
