Monday Morning!

Good day all!

I just got home from work to spend time with the kids.  It sure is great to have them home again.

I didn't know all that about the shakes and the blender either!  Goes to show I am still learning all this time later. 

Protein shakes and products will cause gas no matter what.  That's why they encourage you to wait to pass gas before you start drinking them.  Can you imagine the pain you would have if you couldn't let it out and you were drinking alot of protein... ?!  Not pretty.  I had that problem after giving birth by C section.  Its not fun.

Keep up the good work newbies... I am always excited to hear about your journies and what is going on in your world.
