I have totally lost it!!!
WTG Tracy. I can't believe when I look at your before picture. You've done so well. It doesn't even look like you.
That is a incredible tip you gave everyone about keeping track of inches lost.....all over your body, not just bust, waist, and hips. I measure my neck, bust, waist, hips, each thigh, upper arm, wrist, upper & lower calves, ankles, and circumference of my face too. I also keep track of ring size, shoe size, and obviously clothes sizes. I even got shorter for some weird reason.
When you hit plateaus in your weight loss, the inches are a life saver!
I also converted all my inches into feet and in the first year lost over 9 feet in inches. Over the course of my journey since surgery, I've lost over 12 feet in inches and then I quit converting. I was very happy with those numbers.
In the far out maintenance stage, inches are very motivating because the scale doesn't move much like it use too.
BTW, dancing is very good exercise and you know how to shake it up.
