Thursday...

Good morning everyone!

My intestines were grumbling all night long! Tomorrow morning will be the last of the antibiotics. Then maybe I can actually feel like I am really healing up from all of this. They were noisy, moving around, and then gas! I've had very little gas (expelled anyway) since surgery and so I have felt like I never got out the excess from the surgery itself. I think last night finally turned that corner! Woo-hoo! My tummy was soft this morning when I got up. It had been brick hard. Tomorrow also will be the last of the lovenox injections. Yaye! My tummy is starting to bruise now from them. It'll be a nice way to celebrate the 4th of july..Independence from the injections and the antibiotics! lol!

Bill & I didn't go on a walk yesterday. He got wrapped up in his pc lessons so I just played it lazy..again. I really need to get busy and get my CD's downloaded so I can get my MP3 and digital frame all set up for when I go back to work. I will be getting back to my walking at breakfast & lunch when I go back so I gotta have some fresh tunes to listen to!

Sherri Congrats on your softer tummy!! I do hope you are on the road to real recovery!! You deserve it!! OMG you have had a go with it and deserve some good health and feelings!!

I dont like the way I look in my new temp teeth... I think they make me look weird...And I think they made them to big.. if I am supposed to be swollen from surgery they are still floating!! OH well I will complain at 2 when I go back for recheck.

COMPLAIN AWAY...my brother just got some temps and he says they are lose and he is forever going in and having them relined and trying to wait out at least 6 months before his final ones are made...ain't right to have issues....

i am so glad you are on the mend this has been a rough time for you...you go girl..poor bill with all that gas passing..i too have been very lucky with the gas with my surgery....hugs

I'm a better wife than that. Once the spasms started..they had me wide awake...so when the gas bombs started, I quietly got up and went into the livingroom. Even the poor dog stayed out of there and she has been right by my side every since I came home from the hospital! LOL!

I slept in this morning. I ordered some new lemon chewables this morning. I have been forgetting my calcium lately.

Linda Kay....Good luck with the new chomprs...I am sure  it will be worth it after all the healing.
Its been such a nice and quiet week...all by myself. Terry came bach tuesday night for school but lest wed. afternoon to go back to Ohio..(the kids have been all week) they will be there thru sunday. (except TY IS COMING BACK FRI FOR WORK) It's been a bit of a vacation for me aswell.
Think I  might jump in the shower and get ready for work early and head out to shop for a few minutes before work. BRRRRR it's cold I might need a parka today :) I hear TJ Maxx calling my name.

Sherri, sounds so good and I am glad for you. It  just sounds so funny to tell someone that I am so happy you have GAS! 
Linda, all dentists should be poked and proded back shouldn't they. Sorry you are having issues.
I hope everyone has a GREAT 4th of July weekend. Me and mine will be staying close to home and taking it easy. Especially since we had such a big weekend last weekend. I ain't young anymore, two weekends in a row (I don't think so).

Yay for soft tummies!  You are a far better wife than I am, and Bill better appreciate you!  I really enjoy grossing my guys out with my gas.  I suffered through theirs for years, and now it is finally PAYBACK TIME!!!
