sounds like its gonna be another hot one today...

was 97 here yesterday....
im on my way out the door (with asst from dakota) to get my "boys" to the vet to be groomed...boy are they gonna love me when their daddy brings 'em home this afternoon....NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have lucked up and only have one appt today....YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
however tomorrow is a different story....

9am-stress test
1240pm-cardioligist
9pm-sleep study.............
arghhhhhhhhhhh!!!
seems like i have been so busy this week, i cant get anything done and ive got 60 bows to get made for my BFF's wedding and she's on me about that!!! oh lord!!! gimme strength...
welp gotta get the boys on the road

Good morning!

My appointment with Dr.  Bergman went well yesterday. She was very pleased to see how well the incision line is healing. Other than right at my belly button, even the scabbing is all coming off. The belly button is taking a little longer to heal up. That poor thing has been through so much in the past two years. I don't need to go back to see her for four weeks.

Bill has an eye appointment today. Since I can't drive yet, he called to have open door come get him. Open door is a program through Indy Go that will pick you up at home and take you to about anywhere that the city bus goes to and will bring you home. It's for people with disabilities who would have problems with the regular bus lines...like Bill with his vision issues. This will be the first eye appointment that I haven't been with him for in quite awhile. That will do us on appointments until Monday...when I go to see Dr. Gupta.

I hope you all have a good day today. I plan on staying inside and out of that ~90 degree weather...seeing how it is NOT a 'dry heat'. lol.

As for me, I'm home from work and heading out to meet a friend for lunch. She's coming down to visit a baby in the NICU at methodist who she is probably going to be adopting. I'm meeting her to pass on some baby stuff and go meet the little man. I'm gonna buy her breakfast before all that too. Can't wait to see her.

Hello all my buddies! It's another Thursday in Terre Haute. Nothing too interesting. I'm pulling another double today between the two jobs. That's okay. Atleast in this weather, I can be indoors and comfy. Boy am I glad we took our camping trip when we did. It wouuld have been miserable in this 90+ degree heat!!!

I had my first appointment yesterday with the psychologist who specializes in eating disorders. I feel really positive about it, that maybe I can finally learn a truly healthy way to deal with food. I thought I'd learn that after wls, but it just kind of got warped in a different direction. But I keep trying.

We have a new sec'y starting work next Monday. I'm so excited. It will really help, because we've been short-staffed. She seems very nice and competent too. I think she'll fit into the office well.

I am up and been fighting on the phone with someone this mornin i hate being woke up by a know it all bill collector,she wouldnt face facts that the payment was done made so i told her off,now i feel bad.But i hate being woke up by someone with an attitde.
I have 1 puppy we have to bottle feed he has a cleft clip and a couple little flaws we call him scar so he is feed and meds given and now im going to shower Im going to Glenns visitation this morning to py my respects he was a biker so the funeral home wasnt big enough they are having it in a church.
Then its off to take Neil fora stress test cause he is still having chest pains...
I love staying busy..

HELLO!! I slept in.. OMG.. I have to go to Wally World and pick  up my pay check then back home to finish some much needed cleanning.. Im off today so I can go at my own pace..

Good Morning everyone!  I am working at the salon today.  We went swimming Monday, Tuesday and yesterday so today I felt like I needed to take a break and stay in out of the heat.  We are going to Holiday World Monday and Tuesday next week.  I am very excited because I have lost 91 pounds and can finally ride some rides this yr!  I am getting ready to head over to Old Navy to get some tank tops they have on sale for 6.00 (in a size medium thank you:) ) and then to Target to get new swim suit bottoms since mine keep falling down,lol. 

Pam- take some of the bows with you to do while you are waiting to wind down and get sleepy tonite.  Hope the rest of your appts go well!

Good Morning or afternoon by now. My gosh, everyone seems so busy. I like being busy here at work because it passes the time and I feel constructive and that boosts my mental attitude and confidence. For so long I just sat here and answered the phone and no one would listen to my ideas to change or improve forms or processes. Up until a couple of weeks ago when our CEO of 30 yrs got the boot by the BOD, we were under a dictatorship. Now, there are changes coming down the line and they look positive. Keep your fingers crossed for me and my job. I just want to be effective in my job and accomplish something you know? I have my business degree and ideas in my head and want to implement them. I get paid well to be a secretary/receptionist but, its been so boring lately. I've looked for other jobs but, to no avail. Hey Linda, let me know if your secretary doesn't work out (HA).
Anyway, I hope everyone has a great day and finds some coolness in this scorching day.
