Sunday !!!

   Good mornin' all!

I had an amazing time last night.  The girls got me tickets to see Toby Keith and Trace Adkins for my mother's day/birthday gift.  It was sooo fun and both of the guys rocked my world!!! 

Today will HAVE to be a day of recouping and resting.  I am thinking after church I will get some serious nap time in.   LOL 

Hope you all enjoyed your day yesterday with Jeannie.  I wanted to go so bad but had too many irons in the fire.

Tracy, I'm so jealous! I would have loved to have been at that concert. I have never been to a concert at Verizon. Instead I was at work.

Tiffany has been in Clinton visiting with her friends from high school. I think it's great that they've kept in close contact for the ten since she's graduated. They opted to pass on the organized 10 year school reunion and just get together with the ones they hung out with. I think that's cool.  I'm building up a list of things to do for when she gets home. Including cooking a meal. lol. Bill has offered to fix me an egg...but I know Bill's eggs...they often come 'complete' with bits of shell. He can't see them fall into the pan so I never say anything to him about it but I have passed on the offer right now. lol. That has probably been our biggest obstacle since I've been home...figuring out dinner. The only deliveries in the area is orinetal and pizza. We need a place that will deliver comfort food...american style...you know...grilled pork chops, baked salmon, rotiserie chicken. And with a healthy blend of veggies on the side. I'm saying this but every since I got switched to real food, my appetite has been really low and it doesn't take much to fill me up. Trust me. That is NOT a complaint at all! I think I have that 5 day pouch test beat by a mile. LOL!

That wasn't a hint-hint..but I do so appreciate the offer! That would be fantastic. Our # and address in the directory. Give me a call and let me know what time to expect you...and I'll make sure not to be snoozing then. lol. It's going to be great seeing you...and I'll try not to spend the entire time complaining about those select few nurses...lol.

Sherri, I will have my munchkins with me, but we promise not to stay long. Is there anything you and Bill don't like? I thought maybe I'd bring a rotisserie chicken, green bean casserole, and fresh strawberries? Is that all things you could eat/like? If not, please give me a little clue as to what you do like. Is your cell number in the directory too? I will call you when we're up and about and let you know what time we'll be there.

I slept in again dang it.
Im clipping my coupons and feeding Scar he is the puppy with stitches its funny i even have to burp him vets orders.lol
Neil is relaxin and i gotta fix a mayonaise cake for my dad its his favorite.

Hi everyone

I have been crazy busy and haven't had the time to get on the computer lately. My little guy had surgery a couple of weeks ago and that went fairly well. He is just now starting to get back to himself again.

I also have my preop testing on Tuesday. I can't believe how fast the time has gone. I can't wait to start this new chapter in my life. Too bad I can't hibernate and skip until then.

We went to Toby Keith last night. It was so much fun! I hadn't had anything to drink in two years so the two beers I had really did me in. It was ok though cause I'm just giggily when I'm like that. The only bad part was there was a super drunk guy in front of me that ended up falling back onto me and he bled all over my leg. Except the worst part was I didn't know until we got home and there was blood all over me. Yuck!

Well hopefully I can start to get on here more again. I really do love being able to talk with everyone.
