Happy Birthday 2 Me!

.........and loving it. I am just a toddler and am still learning on this journey and continue to be excited with the greatness of it all.....this wonderful tool called Weight Loss surgery. I reached my doctors goal weight in about 9 months and I am so greatful to all of you who shared along the way with advice and tips, do's and don'ts. I lost 110lbs since surgery and about 15lbs before surgery. I have stayed between my docs goal and my goal weight 120 - 125 lbs.  

I started this journey in Pensacola Florida with the best surgeon ever Dr Jeffrey Lord at Sacred Heart, thank Dr Lord you ROCK!  And I will be forever greatful to my friends Edna and Caroline and my husband Tracy for being my greatest support and for all of my OH family who still today and always inspire me to succeed. You are incredible. 

I have made some new great friends in the Indiana circle too. From my first post that Floyd responded to, to my newest favorite boody shaker Tracy and everyone inbetween. From the pampered chef parties to the CHICAGO event (whoo hoo). Hoosiers you are a great group.
Thank you for welcoming us in.

I continue to look forward, and to be excited about my new and improved life. I pray the same success for us all.

Happy Re-Birthday Girlfriend!!!   We are so happy that you chose to come to Indy and that you posted on the Indy OH board so we could find you.  We look forward to being here for Tracy when the time comes and wish him all the best in his journey too.
