OK NEXT WEEK IS MY 8TH MONTH OUT . DOWN 120LBS. RIDING MY THREE WHEEL BIKE ABOUT 3 MILES A DAY NOW (1 MILE 3 TIMES DAILY)WHEN I STARTED 3 WEEKS AGO I COULDNT GO A BLOCK.AND TWICE A WEEK I DO DANCE AEROBICS AND CHAIR AEROBICS FOR 1/2 HOUR EACH TIME. NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE OUT EXERCISING AT THIS TIME IN MY LIFE . OH WHAT A DIFFERENCE AND MY OUTLOOK ON LIFE IS. I THANK JESUS FOR MY GREAT SURGEON AND THIS GREAT TOOL. ...KATHY

I had gotten out of my habit of exercising and now am getting back into it. It helps me feel so much better and gives me an energizing start to my day. I know how you are feeling gf and you keep up the great work.
