Day 3 of pouch test

Yeah for soft proteins!! I was starving. Just ate a scrambled egg and am now stuffed. I plan on taking my kids to the children's museum today for a while. We've been cooped up with all the rain. Time to wear off some pent up energy.

Per the 5 day pouch test plan: The next 3 days you gety to eat as muc as you want as often as you want, but there's a catch. It has to be a solid protein and you only get 15 minutes each time you sit down to eat. No drinking 30 minutes before or after meals and no drinking with your food. A dry pouch will hold your soft protein longer helping you o feel full longer.

I am curious about the pouch test. What is it for and who needs to do it. The Childrens museum is wonderful. I used to take my grandson before he moved out of state. One of these daysI want to go and look at "girl" stuff. I wanted to linger over the doll houses, but he just wasn't interseted. lol Have a fun day. Wendy
