Chicago was a blast!!

I am so tired, I just want to say. This weekend was Unbelievable. Thank you to all my Oh friends. You are all so special to me. My roomies, You ladies rock! The phrase...Room is rockin' don't come Knockin' has a whole nother meaning for us! "huh" LOL Hope you Miss Christie, are feeling better.
Never trust a SF Cookie. HUH ( well never trust a cookie in general) i should Know I am a cookie ***** lol

I swear, as long as I live, I will never again eat another SF cookie.....   unless I give my roomies ear plugs....  

Sounds like you all had a blast. What fun would an Indy OH Convention be? Can you imagine, we'd bring the town down!!  I will definately email and ask for that! Christie, just what kind of SF cookie did you eat that made your room mates regret your decision? :O)

Christie, I am so glad you got in to a size 14 pair of pants. Had my own wow moment yesterday when I tried on a pair of size 12 shorts and they fit with room to spare. Who would have thunk it? 

I'm so jealous but so glad you all had a great time!!

We both really enjoyed spending time with everyone.  Friday night stories were the best part of the whole weekend for me.  I love to listen to everyone's journey to see just how much alike and different they all are.
I really hope they come to Indy next year because I think we could really show them how to throw a convention.  I'd love to volunteer too.

We went to see Gail and Sherri tonight and both are doing pretty good.  Will be at least another day or two in the hospital for Gail and maybe several more days for Sherri.  Gaill is quite sore but she is getting up and moving around on her own so things are looking up.  I know Sherri has been posting so she can tell you what's up with her.  She actually came to visit Gail while we were there so at least she's up moving too.  She's looking good but just has those darn internal problems to solve.  Hopefully soon so she can go home to recuperate.

Tracy & I really had a super great time. From the friday night pajama party to the get down with yo bad selves bad Mama Jamma's shaking their grove thing disco party. :)

We had a blast in Chicago.  My roomies Leigh Ann, & Alta  are very special gals.  Fellowship with everyone and hearing and seeing the excitement that everyone shared about their own unique journey was so inspirational. 

All the speakers were fantastic and I learned soo much. 

I was asked to be in the Fashion Show Saturday night before our dancing?? party so I was excited and nervous about being on the "Catwalk."  I wore my size 6 Leather pants and pretty black halter style top with silver sparklies on it.  And with my black boots I was kickin it along with the rest of you on the dance floor but couldn't keep up with Tracy!!!    The Fashion Show pictures are going to be in an upcoming OH magaizine so that will be cool.  I'll let you know when.

Tracy (Antoniette DH) was taking lots of pictures all evening.  Heaven forbid when they are posted. 

I ate lots and lots of fresh pineapple while there that gave me gas.  The grilled shrimp we had at Friday's meet and greet made me sick.  It was marinated in something kinda hot and spicy but other than that, the food was wonderful.  I just had a little bite of SF cookies but I liked those coconut drops with the SF chocolate on them.   I was loading up on the pineapple & strawberries.

Hoping we can get the next event in Indy. 

I met several people from different states and even a gal from GA that had her VBGB by Dr. Kadarebek in 2002.  Its a small world.

The coconut drops with the SF chocolate are evil and must be destroyed....      

I also had an incredible time. Shanna, Tracy and Christie were wonderful roomates and made me feel so welcome. I so enjoyed everyone I talked with and finally met Lisa. She is truly a sweetheart.

Shanna thank you so much for doing all of the driving. I know that couldn't have been easy with the way you were feeling.

Tracy you truly are a Dancing Queen. You crack me up!

Christie I want to thank you so much for the conversation that we all had on the way home. You have inspired me to further my education. I have decided to enroll in CHARM SCHOOL. I feel that I will definately make more new friends and quite possibly be able to keep the ones that I already have.

For those of you that couldn't attend, I so look forward to getting to know you better. Jana

Hey everyone!  I also was a witness to Tracy's dancing.  My husband took lots of photos around the room on the last night.  I HOPE I am smart enough to post them. 

Antonette and Tracy(Ant. husband)...It was so good to talk to both of you!  I enjoyed sitting with you at the seminar.  Antonette, you look amazing! So happy for you...and Tracy...excited for your upcoming surgery.

I myself HATED the  beds at the hotel.  My body is so stiff from them that I can't move right.  Damn beds!  They looked great but were less comfortable then the air mattress we use when camping.  GRRRR....

I thought the SF cookies were good.  However, I would like to request bottled water at the next event.  It's had to use my crystal light in real glasses.
