1 year-Before and After pics included

Well its been one year today. In that year I have:

Lost 125 pounds
10 Pounds below my orginal goal
Maintained this for about 5 months so far
Gone from a size 22-24W to a 6
And rocked a two piece on vacation last month.

Before and after pics below.

And yes would do it all over again and again and again.

OMG!!! You have right to brag. Now, did you have any kind of body lift? Did you have any excess skin? My goodness I've lost almost 100 and my body will never look like that without surgery. LOL

Nope, no plastic yet. I would love to get my arms and "girls" done, then a tummy tuck!! Insted decided to put a patio in. LOL

kim you look amazing. I sure wish I looked that way after my first year. but i look more like the marshmellow momma that got too close to the flames at the camp ground.
