5 day pouch test

Anyone up for doing a 5 day pouch test with me? I have been feeling awful, terrible tummy pain and I'm wondering if my pouch is protesting things I'm eating. Want to get back to the basics and see if I feel better. Also would like to kick start my weight loss again. Was thinking of starting this coming Monday, gives me time to shop, etc.

Melissa... I am willing to try it...I have never gained weight back so far but not going down either...to many carbs and not exercising. I need to detox from carbs....DEB

Yeah Deb!! I won't be doing this alone. Anyone else want to join in the fun? Is Monday an ok start date for you Deb?

Yeppers Monday is fine....gotta make a grocery list.  I am also a 7p-7a nurse sooo my meal plans are mixed up too...DEB

Glad to have you on board. We will start on Monday. I will post a daily thread about it and we can keep in contact with each other. Can't wait to try to kick start my body and get back on track.
