Well...I am trying to upload a new picture for my avatar and it wont let me change it....can someone help....please?

go to shrinkpictures.com and it will make an avatar for you.  Make the setting 100 and then save it and upload it on here.

I have it shrunk I just cant get the old avatar off and the new one on there...grrrrr

I had to delete my old one in order to get the new one to go on.  I am glad you got it to work.
