Hello fellow Hoosiers,

Just wanted to say hi. I am from Vincennes; however, I will be having gastric bypass at St. Mary's hospital in Evansville during the month of October '09. I am looking forward to reading and learning from everyones posting.

I have a friend that lives in Evansville, she had her surgery at St. Vincent's in Carmel, but let me know if you need someone close by to talk to. I will talk to her and let her know. I drove to Carmel to be with her on her surgery day, so I am sure she would be willing to help you in any way you need being that you are right there in Evansville.
