Anyone have a suggestion, or even know if there is a multivitamin that we are allowed to take that isn't the traditional children's chewable?  I'd appreciate the suggestions.  Thanks folks!

I take the complete multivitamin made by Nature Made (I think) I am at work.  They are a gel tablet, and they are pretty large. I cannot stomach chewable vitamin they make me sick, and the Nut. from St's V suggestion trying these.  I do not have a problem in swallowing these.  I get them from Walmart.  I hope this helps.

I just take the Centrum Multi-Vits. My Nut told me to take 3 a day instead of 1. They go down ok with no problem. I also couldn't stand the chewables.

When can we stop the chewables and go with the others?

At 3 months post-op I was told I no longer had to do chewables..I take CVS brand "Daily multiple plus iron" I take 2-3 a day.  About once a month or so they go on sale buy 1 get 1 free. so I stock up on all my vitamins then...DEB

At two and a half years out, I still take children's complete chewables. I like how they taste, and they seem to be keeping me healthy. I figure they absorb easier, too. I did recently see a tv ad for an adult version of a 'gummi' vitamin. Might be interesting to look into.

We were told Centrum Liquid was acceptable and I believe there might even be a chewable one from Centrum.  My husband and I both had had gastric bypass in the last 30 days.
