New to this site!

Hello all!  My name is Jamie and I'm new to this site.  I've just started my journey to WLS.  I'm on day 3 of my three (?) month liver reduction diet.  I have to lose 25lbs before surgery.  I've been lurking around here a little bit and have really enjoyed the super supportive...and informative...posts I've read so far.  I hope to get to know you all better.  Good luck to everyone!

welcome glad you are here, i have not been here long this site has helped me alot this stage is hard becaus you have to have alot of will power but you an do it because the end will truely make you happy

Welcome Jamie and stay strong on that liver reduction diet.  Its an important part of the process for your surgeon.

Hi Jamie!!  I am Sabrena, also a patient of Dr. Mattar....just had my RNY April 16th.  I had to lose 20 pounds on the liver reduction diet and I lost 37 so it can be done!!!  Welcome to the Indiana board!
