Camp out????
Candy,
Middlebury is small town USA and their festival is as well. The have some activities planned too such as foot races. Floyd has entered in these for the past two years. There are a few shops in the town and some open flea markets. The highlight of the festival is pretty much the parade. Since it is Amish country there, the fun shopping is in the town next door...Shipshiwana.
The KOA has alot of shade trees. Dana & Ellen and me & Bill have awnings on our RV's so there's always a place in the shade you can stay in. Ellen has to be careful about being out in the sun too.
The KOA also has cabins in addition to RV and tent sites.

Angel,
Hope (the KOA owner) tries to put all of us as close together as possible. When you make the reservation, you just have to mention 'Obesity Help' group. Hope is a member here on the Indiana board also but is very busy this time of year so she doesn't post much. Hope also usually gives us a little bit of a discount so that's cool too.
Last year, we had a pitch-in dinner and breakfast. Quite honestly, it was just too much work. I would rather we all go to the Amish restaurant and enjoy them doing the work. Especially for dinner. And then we can have our usual sugar-free smores, etc around the campfire (do bring lawn chairs for this).
You can check out the KOA campgrounds at: http://www.koa.com/where/in/14133/
