Holiday World...Who's coming?

I need a general idea of how many people are coming Saturday so I'll have enough tickets ready.  The cost is $24.95 per person.  You'll need to either have the correct amount in cash or write a check to Jacqui Duncan for the amount.  I will be billed on Monday for the total amount and will pay it out of my personal account. 

If any of you are staying Saturday night as well, there are a couple of events you may want to attend.  The Rockport Inn/McKenzie's at the Inn, is having a band that Saturday night.  They are supposed to be very good.  I don't know if Troy and I will be going or not.  Kids can't come and I just can't stand the smoke.  If there are going to be several of us OHers there, I'll put up with it though (I love you that much).  Also, the next day, Sunday-June 7, my church is having our "Shiloh Says Thanks" service.  My church was severely damaged in the windstorm last fall.  We had our first service there this morning since the storm.  We've been worshipping in our community building across the street.  The service next week is to thank all of the community supporters throughout the reconstruction of our church.  We're having a worship service with a lot of music.  Troy will be singing ( He's amazing) and I'll do one song (not so amazing).  There will also be some other local people singing as well.  After the worship service, we'll be going across the street to our community building for a free lunch of grilled porkchops (my dad cooks them and they are the best you'll ever eat!), potato salad, beans, etc.  There will even be sugar free desserts!  I hope some of you can join us.  You'll see my sweet little church and know why we love it so much.  It's over 100 years old.

Looking forward to seeing some of you this weekend!  After I get a round-about number of attendees, I'll post about the meeting time and place.

Thank you for setting this up again.  We will not be able to make it this year.  We had such a good time last year - hopefully we can go next time!

Biil and I WILL be there. We are staying at Santa's Lodge though. We already had the reservation made by the time we found out about the B&B. I doubt that we would go to listen to the band. Bill's lack of vision and my over-protection of my belly makes it hard for us to go anywhere that's very crowded or not lit well.

ps..It doesn't matter to us, but I know some people are hoping to bring kids with them...so...are the tickets the same price for kids and for adults?

Linda Kay and I will be coming and bringing my husband and kiddos (6 of us total).

I plan on coming and bringing my daughter, grandsons and each of them has a friend coming so that will make 6 of us.  Two are under 12, is there a price difference for kids?

They will be spending the night but I will probably have to come back home mid to late afternoon to relieve the sitter I have for Lyn.

I so wanted to come, but we will be in North carolina this coming weekend. Please have a great time everyone and think of me as you ride the roller coasters! My family will definately be in next year!

I do believe we are going to be there, it will be 5 of us. If the rates are different for children then its 4 adults and 1 child

Wow!  It looks like we're going to have a great turnout!  Yippeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!  So far the weather looks great too.

I'll check on the price for youngsters.  I know kids under 54" get a discount on the regular admission so I'll see if they will discount them further.  Can't hurt to ask now can it?

We'll meet at 7:30 a.m. in the lobby of Santa's Lodge then go downstairs for the breakfast buffet.  I'll double check the cost for us.  Larry gave all the post ops the buffet for $2.99 last year.  He's a real sweetie!
