I need surgery again (not related to my RNY)

I had to see the ENT yesterday. The doc said my sinus CT showed cysts in both side maxillary sinus I think I don't remember what area but anyways the left side is so large they have to go through my mouth and cut it out, the right side is 2 small ones. While they're in there they're also gonna clean my sinuses out thoroughly and remove debris and scar tissue from my previous surgeries and the stuff from constant infections. Soo hopefully the third time is a charm. They did say there are risks with this as any surgery anasthesia etc.. I'm most worried about bleeding out, because my vitamin K is low which means I can't clot as well and it's proven by me bleeding through a stack of gauze for simple lab work, I bled through to the pressure wrap soo I'm slightly afraid that there will be a lot of bleeding especially since there ws with my other 2 sinus surgeries.. Oh well if it makes me feel better and clears up the constant infections that Im on antibiotics 2-3 weeks out of each month for I'll be good.

I found out today my surgery is going to be August 13.
