Congratulations!! You have done a great job!!

Way to go!  My 1st surgiversary is on 6/4/09.  One more week and I will be right there with you.  I have lost 135lbs.  I just wish I could have lost down to my goal before I see Dr Evanson on the 25th for my 1 year checkup.  He told me he wanted me to lose 115lbs in 18 months so I guess I am doing better then he thought I would. He also told me that he was really suprised at my 6 month check up because I am on steroids for my asthma almost daily.  I am really glad that I did this for myself also.  Keep up the good work.
