This is my first Surgiversary! One year ago today I was 130 lbs heavier and on 7 maintenance prescriptions. I was miserable and hated the person I had become.

Today, I am so happy! I feel blessed and very lucky that this journey has been so great to me. I have so many things about my new life that I love. Among them are my friends that I have made on OH, my health issues that are GONE!, the fact that I am LIVING my life and not just existing any more, and the fact that I am once again the person inside that I missed so much!

I could never thank Dr. Gupta enough for the gift of renewing my life and health.

I would do this over again in a heartbeat! To all of you awaiting your new start, and those considering it, this is the best thing I have ever done for myself, and it is soooo worth it!
