Slow exercise

I heard about this place here in Indianapolis that focuses on extremely slow strength training.  You exercise about 20 - 30 minutes once a week and it helps you tone up all over.  It also improves your metabolism.  You can do cardio in addition as much as you want but this is all of the strength training you need because it pushes you to the point of muscle fatigue without any risk of injury. 

I wanted to know if anyone here has heard of it and/or tried it.  I called them and they said that they work with bariatric patients but I don't know how much it costs yet.  Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks.....

If it is Exercise Inc. I have heard of it. Very expensive ($40 a week).
