has anyone else having pain around there large surgery site on the right i have had it about 3wks  my rny mar.24 do you think i should call the dr.

Yes Alta, please call the doctor.  It couldn't hurt and will give you peace of mind.

Alta you better call Dr. K for sure just to make sure.  he might want to see you.  I'm headed that way on June 2nd @ 2:45.  BTW, I love the new Avatar, you look great !!!!!!!

I seem to remember people at the newbee support group mentioning pain like you are describing and they were told that it is very common and that it is caused by the surgical instruments in some way.  (Sorry, I don't remember how they worded it, but it made complete sense at the time).

I agree with everyone else though, you should call your surgeon to be sure.  I hope you feel better soon!

My largest site on the right side of my body was VERY tender for longer than the others.  That being said, call the Doc just to make certain.  Make them EARN that $$.  It will make you feel better to hear it from them also.
