Holy Moly Food Food everywhere

My BIL and FIL are in town from CA... and of course they have a menu laid out for me to cook all weekend.  They don't cook and alway look forward to my "home cooking"

Menu for this weekend...
Tonight:  Ham, Potatos, Greenbeans, pineapple upside down cake
Breakfast:  sausage buscuts and gravy

Tomorrow bbq.... 7 racks of ribs, grilled chicken, all the fixin's

It goes on all weekend.... they don't know about my surgery ... Lord help me

You will do great.  Just remember,  everything in moderation.  Drink, drink, drink.

Good Advice Kim. Jus****ch them eat and think this: "Yuk, disguisting slobs!" LOL  You know what you want out of life girl and this is only a test. You will pass it with flying colors. I have faith in your ability. One little trick I have used in the past, kind of like self talk/motivation... mind over matter techniques is to just say "NO" everytime a craving comes. Think to yourself NO. Say it outloud or mouth it if someone is around. Stop pause, close your eyes or remove yourself from around the food and drink water and say NO over and over again. It is effective for short term cravings.
Good luck to you, but you won't need it.

I am on my way i love ribs ( can only eat a bite or 2).
I would eat before i fix there meals or use my pregnacy as an excuse not to it eat(with them not knowing you had the surgery) i fixed the pinnapple upside down cake and i never wanted any of it ,but the day i fixed bis and gravy i had to have some one bite and i have never wanted it si nce made me sick.
But hang tuff girlie you can do this,just say i think i can i think i can holy crap i did it..
Dont wear yourself out though taking care of these fellors.
