Good morning Indiana!

Boy, are we slow at posting this morning or what? I'm including me in that 'we'. I'd been busy doing other stuff. It's a real shame when work gets in the way of OH when I'm at work..huh? LOL! 
I have a 1:1 with my boss this morning at 10:30. The last few have been cancelled so I'm not gonna hold my breath. I need to pass on to her this garbage from this idiot so I can move on to other stuff. I got two new project yesterday. One is verifying people's stuff too but at least those people do ALOT better job than last week's idiot (honestly, calling this guy an 'idiot' is a compliment. I bet it would take you all about 5 minutes around him before your brain would start screaming that he's a dumb a$$). The other is entering all of our equipment into an Excel sheet. That will be time consuming...and I won't be at my desk for most of it. Yay! Those two projects should take up most of my remaining three weeks here. Another big YAY!.

Tiffany let me know last night that Myranda wasn't feeling too good. Tiff thinks we wore the poor baby out over the past week. She did have an awful lot of stuff to do for it only being her 5th birthday. I told Tiff that I can just imagine what her big bithdays are going to be like..her 13th, 16th, and 21st.

Sherri I never had a daughter of my own, I have a step daughter so my lil granddaughters are such a joy for me.  They are real girly girls and love all the hair, makeup and nail things.  They love to be in the spotlight too, nothing shy about them.

I am off work today, taking two of my three dogs to the groomers at 11 for their summer cuts.  I am so excited to have them naked, it makes it so much more pleasurable to snuggle with them.  Other than that not too much on my agenda for the day.  I do plan to get all of our winter clothes boxed up and stored away for the summer months we don't have enough closet space without rotating so its a good time to purge things.  Tomorrow is suppose to be in the 80's I am so excited about that, hopefully the water will warm up soon with it getting warmer.  Anyone interested in coming down for a swim this summer we have a pool or the lake to choose from? 

This is my Daisy dog, she is a chinese crested powder puff from hurricane Katrina.  You probably know of chinese crested's as being the naked dogs, but some are called powder puffs and have lots of very soft hair.  She yodels when she is excited like when I get home from work or wake up in the mornings.  She has arms that function much like a monkey's she can wrap her arms around your neck or arms...pretty cool huh?  She is a puppmill survivor and is terrified of people other than myself, she is slowly warming up to my husband, its been almost four years and she will just now let him pet her at night when we all are safely in the bed.

I am betting that if you plan a swim party, you will have takers. July would probably be a good month for it (June is the Holiday World trip & OH Conference, August is the Middlebury Camp-out).

Good Day Everyone,

Been getting back on the band wagon for the past two weeks. I have had a lot of emotional stuff take it's strike at me and fell off the wagon by feeling sorry for myself and resorting to old habits. Anyways - joined the gym, signed up for a sweat class, and I do a lot of walking after dinner. Also bought a new scale to measure my food and bought the "Cook Yourself Thin" cookbook which has amazing wls friendly protien first reciepes. Check it out, seriously.

Realized that I let myself not only go physically but did somethings to friends and family I'm not proud of, so I'm trying to make things right. 

Sherri, I've sent two emails to Dr Bergman's office from off their website and haven't gotten a reply in over a month. Is that somewhat normal that you know of or should I just call them. I've got a reaccuring yeast infection in my bellybutton that has now spread clear across the inside of the fat fold that my belly button is stuck in and my PCP said that we should try to fight Medicare to declare this an immediate medical necessity and get someone to do my tummy tuck. However, his office has no idea who will take Medicare for this procedure. -----Also I really hope that when you have your surgery soon that closing up those open wounds will finally be the "last straw" to everything you've had to go through this past year. 

 

Anyways, yesterday was my b-day so today I have to deal with the neglected housework from being sick last week and letting me celebrate yesterday. Plus Quinn...he's a handful now. LOL

I never tried getting hold of Dr. Bergman's office online. I just call them. I don't think they'd have any problem with Medicare though and they are pretty good at going to bat for their patients.

My surgery is June 9th. Since they'll be splitting me completely open again, the open wounds I have right now will be bye-bye. It's a good thing since one of them in the past week has decided all of a sudden to start growing. So strange! They both stay the same size & depth for over a year and now that they are about to be fixed, grow?? Weired! Anyway, we are kinda holding our breath that they'll be able to completely close up the abdominal wall. Dr. Bergman said that they may have to do it in two surgeries instead of just one...so we'll just wait and see. It just all depends on how flexible that muscle is willing to be when they get in there. Knowing Dr. Bergman, she'll remove much of this stretched skin that I now have from the distension while she's cleaning things up. If she doesn't now, she will down the road. We'd already talked to her about it a few months ago.

Good Morning everyone...
I am on Nights this week well 4/6 days this week, anyway. Looking forward to lunch on Thursday. We wanted to go camping this weekend at Cataract Falls but last week I went on line to make reservations and they were all 100 percent full. I want to stick to somewhere close because I do have to work on Sunday day and Ty has to work sat. night. SO I figured we could drive back and forth. I think I
am gonna call in the next couple days to see if they have any cancellations.

Jeannie: shoot girl If you throw a pool party, I would be there with bells on. Of course I need to find a swimsuit and It's kind of hard to find a size 4/6 that has the coverage that I need. ( tummy area and thighs) I need to get workin' on finding one. The skirted suits that have tummy coverage are not quite long enough for my thighs. Maybe I will just buy a suit and a really cute cover-up!

Hey anybody out there that has any fill dirt. I need some for my landscaping and Terry was gonna try to bring me some from work but he has been so busy. I really want to finish up my beds before fall gets here. lol
Looking forward to Chicago...Its getting so close! Reminds me. Me and My gang need to get our plans rolling....Tracy/christie and jana and I have the PARTY ROOM! LOL
Not much else going on here. waiting for it to get a smidge warmer. MY toes are froze....

Good mid morning all
I am moving slow dont know what the deal is just lazy i geuss.Lucas had detention after school yest so i picked him up and took him to get his chest xray and at the hosp i ran into someone i havent seen in about 6 mths and she stared right thru me and it wasnt til she seen the boys did she know who i was she said she didnt reconize me huh?Ive known her since i was 8 yrs old so it felt good to here her tell me how good i looked.Well sschool called and he has detention again tomorrow afterschool thats my punishment not his.lol
I rode my bike for an hour last night omg i forgot how good that felt the wind blowing in your hair it had been 18 yrs,Had some trouble on the hills though ughhhhhhhhhhh
Sherry i wish i had a little girl to pamper maybe granddaughters some day.
