New here and questions re: St V's

My rimary care physician recommended me to Dr. Gupta specifically when I expressed an interest in bariatric surgery.  I met with her and went from there.  I had RNY because that is what she recommended would be the most effective for me and I think she was right, I have had a lot of success.  Good luck!!!

The only advice I would have is to do as much research as you can about the various procedures before you go. That will help you get the most out of it.

I didn't do that before my first time there. The doctor who did my first presentation (Diaz) was very good, but he does not talk about the DS procedure. I ended up going back to listen to Dr. Inman talk about it, and I'm glad I did.
