1 month postop update

Well....went to my 1 month post op appt.  I officially lost 18 pounds this first month and dropped 2 pant sizes going from a size 20 to a 16.  I saw Dr. Mattar today and he remarked immediately about the changes in my face and how tiny I am getting:)  I took a pic with him since I forgot to in the hospital to add to my scrapbook and I couldn't get over how "tiny" I looked next to him,lol.  It's amazing, I have lost a total of 75 pounds now (started weigh****chers in Sept 08at 256 lbs, lost 20 pounds prior to looking into wls)....then my first consult with him I was 235, 198 day of surgery and 180 today:)  So from 256 to 180!  He has not cleared me to start exercising yet, wants me to wait 2 more weeks.  I love my RNY!  I am including a 1month post op pic with Dr. Mattar in my profile if you wanna see what I really look like:)

you look great.  you are doing wonderful...we all got a wonderful 2d chance at life again..

You are doing awesome! Keep up the great work and let me know when you're ready to work out, I need a workout buddy!

You were 25 pounds amller than me the day of surgery...I got down to 133 within 10 months and a size 4. You should be there in no time...
