Sunday Daily Post

Good Sunday Morning my fellow Hoosier Losers.  Today I am feeling so much better than I have for about five days, I was really getting worried if something serious might be going on with me.  Not much on my agenda today, working until noon.  Wishing the rain would stop long enough to let us get in the back yard to whack down the lawn it is really getting out of control.  It has been a rainy and windy spring this year.  I was reading where the memorial weekend will not be warm enough for the kids to swim I hate that because I was really looking forward to my grandkids coming for a swim.  They always go to MI with their other grandma for a about six weeks in the summer and I really miss seeing them.  My son is divorced from their mother so I have no say so in the matter though.  Hopefully they can stay wtih me a bit when they come home.

Good morning. I am going to Chicago on the train today with my daughter and grandaughter. We are going to the American Girl store and have lunch in their cafe with all of the trimmings. I am really forward to it. My daughter & I go twice a year on the Amtrac but this is a first for Cate. She is so excited. She is taking 2 of her dolls for ear piercing! Better go, they are here. Good morning all. 

We are getting ready for church and trying to figure out what to do with the rest of our day.  I am amazed at my pouch since doing the 5 day test.  I went to Jessi's house last night for a cookout.  I ate half an ear of corn and half a porkchop.  I was full like I used to always feel and It was on less than 6 oz. of food.  So I was ok with that.  It definately made me have that tightness feeling back.  I am feeling good about it.

So, today will be a day of just hanging out with the kids.  Maybe a bike ride on the trail if it doesnt get nasty after church.  Hope you all enjoy your day.

Not much planned today. I have stuff that I ought to work on for work..but NO desire! lol. I'll probably 'work' on some sudoku first to 'work' my way up to it. lol.

Jeannie...We use to target having our pool open (back when I had one...which we don't now) for my birthday. Usually, we had a swimming birthday party. The water would be a little nippy, but not too bad. My birthday is the 20th. I don't think that we could had done that for the past couple of years. I hope you get to spend time with your grandkids. They are so precious.

Jana..your train ride should be a blast. I love it that baby dolls are coming along to get their ears pierced!

Tracy..have a good day sweetie! Don't get overwhelmed by Mt. Washmore.

Good morning to all !, Myself I got just a touch of pre-op jitters,lol, not much though because I know everything going to go alright. I got to go in the morning so they can put a pic-line in me.

Hello all !!!!  A day with no rain, what shall we do with ourselves ?  We are going fishing at the local park (Westwood Lake).  This will be my little boys first time fishing, and he is fired up about it, he's 4 years old.  A little chilly and windy but were going anyway, lol.  Tee ball starts Tuesday so it's going to get a lil busier for me, just more exercise though and I can always use that.

Jeannie, looks like its going to be dry all week hopefully you can get your yard back under control, don't know about swimming this weather is crazy, and I'm glad you feel better !

Jana, the train ride and cafe sounds like a really awesome time, have fun !

Tracy, great news on your pouch, I always find it very informative to see what and how much people who are further out from surgery than myself (like 6 months, or a year or two).  Great job on the pouch test !!

Sherri, I loved the posts on taking your granddaughter shopping, etc for her 5Th birthday.  Don't work to hard today !!!

Robert, I would say don't worry but I did so ...............  But, there truly is no need to worry like I've already told you, you will be in good hands the entire time and God will be watching over you and your surgeon !!!!  Your journey is about to begin !!!!
