Bill was going to go ahead and get our reservations set up for June 5/6. He was going to go ahead and do it at Santa's Lodge. There are VERY few openings there for that weekend. Something special up that weekend down there? For smoking rooms, there were a few vacancies for 2 queen beds and no fridge/morcowave. There were none for non-smoking. Where is that other hotel that you had mentioned before? Any luck getting discounts?

I am really looking forward to this now since it'll be the weekend before I have surgery. I can't think of a better way to keep my mind off what's coming up than to be having fun with my OH family!

Sherri, we usually stay at the Comfort Inn in Jasper when we go.  It's nice and isnt all that far away.  The rates are good too.  Last time we got a room with a whirlpool tub.  The kids loved it.  It also has an indoor pool.

We'll have to keep there in mind for next year. There is NO WAY I am going to suggest here to Bill  though with me not being able to get into the tub! LOL! but then, next year, I HOPE to feel up to driving the RV that far. Camp Rudolf (or whatever it's name is) is really nice.
