Pouch testers-Day two
Well the first day was pretty rough. I think I'm doing better today. I had a protein shake for breakfast and brought some cream of broccoli soup for lunch. I have a couple of sf puddings for back-up.
I went to GNC with my Biggest Loser coupons. What a disappointment to discover it only has 6 gms protein per serving. I ended up getting some strawberry and chocolate powders instead. Got a different brand too. I had the strawberry yesterday and it wasn't too bad. Did the chocolate this morning and it was good too. Still...can't wait to sink my teeth into something "real". I've never looked forward to boiled eggs before but they're sounding pretty darned good right now.

Yesterday was rough, I think I was in the bathroom 25 times, I was up just every hour through the night, but the scales this morning said I was down 2 pounds wooooooooohooooooooo. I am enjoying some tomoto soup right now. I had some cream of potato this morning for breakfast. LOL.
Jacqui I am wanting some tuna, can't wait until tomorrow.

Well I never though I would make it through Day 1, but I did. Managed to though!! Went to Curves, and even walked 4.5 miles with my Hubby before bed last night.
Protein for breakfast, SF choclate pudding, and jello. Lunch was cream of chicken soup.
Didnt get on the scale....will weigh Friday before I leave the house for the Dr. appt.
Ok, off to the Orthodontist and to have my thyroid level checked again.
Keep plugging away girls...we will prevail!!!!!!
Oh boy am I peeing a lot too! Of course I drink tons so I pee a lot. I was up all night peeing though and that never happens!
I'm waiting until Friday to weigh too. I'm afraid if I don't see an immediate result, I won't stick to it.

I survived yesterday and am doing ok today. I have had some headaches and a little dizziness. It could be because I am sleep deprived. So I am thinking all is well.
I am looking so forward to tomorrow!!! Tuna, yummmm!
I made a protein smoothie yesterday with one scoop of strawberry and one scoop of chocolate, then dropped in a few ice cubes and 8 ounces skim milk. It was actually pretty yummy.
I am ready to move on to soft proteins tomorrow!!!

I fell off that damn wagon last night!!! and the horse ran off with my wagon
I am not finding it easy to do right now. Today my mood has been so depressed in general but, I did make a good choice for lunch. I had 2 protein shakes this morning and for lunch I went to Subway and got a BLT sandwich. One thing I was suprised about, I was only able to eat 1/4 of the sandwich. That is less than it usually takes to make me full. So, tonight I will try to just eat another 1/4 and maybe a pudding and some warm broth before bed. I'm not giving up... I am just struggling really, really bad.

Hang in there Sweetie. Even if you fell off the wagon it sounds like you're making some better choices. That's good! Don't give up completely. You've had a rough couple of weeks so don't be so hard on yourself. We are only human and we all make mistakes. I'll pray this funk you are in is short lived. If there's anything I can do to help pull you out of it, I'm willing!

I have been going to the potty at ton too! And today have had a slight headache all day. Ick! I think its because of the 3 hours of sleep last night. I hope it gets better tomorrow when I can start eating again! Yeah for soft proteins!!!
