I'm with you Tracy. I got up drinking my protein and man I am struggling with the thought of not eating anything today because I haven't been eating good lately. But, I am hanging in there.
Come on everyone... we can do it.
Be Well  : )

I am on board, I am getting ready to have my first protein shake for the day.  I put new batterys in my scale this morning to get my starting weight.  My co-worker are saying oh no, not just liquids again.  LOL.

Yucky, I tried to eat Cream of Chicken soup for lunch, it is the 98% fat free, this is ok to cook with, but I do not like it to just eat. I will be doing tomoato instead.  LOL.

i did a protein shake and then jello and on to water..... I am trying not to think about it.

I can sympathize with you girls that did this recently.  I am hoping time flies by to get me to chicken and tuna!  LOL

Suddenly I remember the feelings I had after surgery and wanting to actually chew something.

It has already been a difficult day for me with my "head hunger", but I have made it so far. Went to the store on lunch and bought some tomato soup (Hey Peggy), pudding and yogurt. Those are the things I ate right after surgery too so, I am on my sugar free bosten creme pudding (and its good!). I'm not sure we are really supposed to have yogurt but hey, its low fat and gets me through so I don't grab pretzels or worse!! Maybe I will be able to step on the scale in a couple of days. I know I am peeing like crazy today!

lolol

This sucks, no other way to put it.
My head hunger is so bad I feel like I could eat the ass end of a huge cow.....
But I have had nothing but protein drink, water, de caf tea, tomato soup, and some pudding.
Just hoping the next 36 hours get by so I can chew again.  I sure as heck hope the scale reads something good at the Dr. on Friday.  My thyroid is low so going to have it drawn again tomorrow, I guess if it is still low I will be medicated...boy do I need that!!  But it would explain my weight gain and lack of energy.....We shall see.....

Have thought of you girls so much today.....We can do this!!!!!
Tomorrow should be a little easier, right?!?

I'm dying too!  I've had a protein shake, a yogurt (hope it's ok) and a pudding so far.  I've been drinking water and decaf.  Just a little longer and we can chew!!!!  We can get through this.

Since I work thirds I am a little ahead of you guys. But I only eat at work so I haven't started day two yet.  Had that wonderful protein drink, now i remember why I moved over to just milk, went to store and bought AES protein drink, hopefully it is better than carnation. Had sf pudding, sf jello and yogurt??  When i think about chewing, I just chew my pudding doesn't quite satisfy but helps a little.

Hope you all get through the day and see you all tomorrow to see how well you all did.

Have a good night.
