As anyone watched the new Lifetime Show "Cook Yourself Thin"? It's based on the cookbook w/the same title. Three Dieticians (I think, not two sure what they're exact titles are) show how to take regular everyday meals and make them low cal, low fat, low sodium - WITHOUT loosing flavor. They promise that your will loose at least one dress size if you follow their cooking replacement meals in as little as six (6) weeks.

One example was Speghetti Carbonar - Regular: 1550 calories p ser. & their version: 462 cps.

I've been watching their show for a whole week now. Even got Matt into watching it too & we both got so impressed that we ordered both their cookbooks off of Amazon.com. They are suppose to come Monday evening. I've VERY excited about this and if it works I will diffently be singing it's praises.

But I was wondering if anyone else had heard of the show or cook book and what your opinions were.
