My daughters surgery is next Tuesday. I am more excited for her than I was for myself. I am doing great! I will ask my husband to help me put up my weight tracker. He is the puter brains in the family. I have lost 17lbs as of last Tuesday. I am weighing only twice a week. Don't want to be compulsive. I am getting tired of protein drinks, but know they are important and there will be an end. I will start meats next Wed. I never thought I would look forward to pureed meats so much. I can now cross my legs and bend over, not at the same time! lol I am no longer on diabetic or blood pressure meds. I sleep like a baby at night. The couch seems bigger to me. My sleeves and pant legs are longer and oddly enough I feel taller. Have a great day! Wendy

LOL  Wendy that is all great news.  It's so fun watching others go thru their journey.  All of the things you pointed out were true for me too.  I had forgotten some of it.  Thanks for bringing it back to me.  I have to say, feeling taller was amazing, especially when I am only 5 2"  LOL

I hope your daughter does just as well as you have done.  We will add her to our prayers.

Huge hugs,
Tracy

Hi, this is Mike, Wendy's husband, trying to figure out the Ticker Factory. I got one created for her and copied the code (HTML) to her signature and enabled it. The ruler graphic is just a place-holder icon in the sample. Didn't know if I did it in the wrong place or used the wrong code. Thought I would actually send a reply to see if it worked at all!!
