I had noticed in her avater picture the other day she was looking quite thin. Congrats to you Lisa....now get out and get some clothes that fit!!! I have had pretty good luck at the Value World on W 38th street and also the DAV on Madison Ave. What size are you looking for?
Jeannie
33 lbs lost prior to surgery!
Thanks Jeannie!
I really do need to get some new clothes. I honestly have no idea what size I'm looking for.... the pants Linda Kay was referring to were size 20's, but I'm not convinced that the pair I tried on didn't run big or something. I still find it hard to believe that I can wear size 20 pants and button them without problem. I can't wrap my mind around it. Especially when before surgery I was wearing 5x shirts and I have no idea what size pants I would have been in because I always wore the biggest elastic waist pants I could find (usually 30/32).
Even at clothing exchanges, I always go to the bigger sizes first. It's hard to convince myself to look at smaller clothes.

Thanks Pam!
The reason I was raiding her closet was because we have a wedding to attend this weekend...maybe I can get a good picture at the event and put on here. It's definitely past time to update the avatar because I'm sick of looking at that picture of me!
I hope all goes well for you this week!
