Hi all. I'm wanting to get a bariatric surgery cookbook. Do any of you have any of them that you think are good ones? I was hoping that it would have recipes that can feed me as well as my family. Thanks.

It's not a bariatric cookbook but a lot of bariatric friendly recipes in the Hungry Girl 200 under 200 cookbook.

I have a bunch of recipes on my blog.  I have tried 90% of them.  If I find one that I would like to try or if I try one at a party and like it, I put it on my blog.  A lot easier place to store them!

I made baked spaghetti tonight using spaghetti squash.  I think I got the recipe on here or WLSIndy.  Yummy!

I have several recipes on my profile. For sweets, you can go to Splenda.com. For other stuff, you can check out foodtv.com.

I'm always picking up cookbooks/booklets. I've gotten some really good ones at the the magazine racks by the registers of stores. Be careful of the 'eating light' ones. Alot of those still use sugars in them. I have found though that I can make just about anything healthy just by substituting healthy ingredients for the higher cal/carb/fat ones.
