Tisha,

Do not lose hope.  I had surgery 2 years ago last Saturday and have not lost anything for 4 months but have maintained.  I was really worried when I first had it done because everyone was telling me that you should be losing this or that but everyone's body is different.  My brother in law had it done two months ago and gained 6 pounds in the first month.  I am not sure if you had lap band or gastric bypass but it will work for you.  I still walk three miles a day even though I have lost 135 pounds because I want to at least maintain were I am at.  I was real discourage about not losing anything for 4 months but then thought about how good I did already.  You have done so good so far.  You will get there just be patient with it and realize that it will happen for you.  Good luck and God Bless!

Tisha, Hang in there.  I stalled at about that same point.  It will pass and you will kick in again.  It happens throught the journey and its never fun.

They always told me to remember PEW

Protein
Exercise
Water

Change up any of those factors and increase them and you should see the stall go away.  I also found that if I didnt get all of my vitamins and supplements in, that I had a stall as well.  So just push thru and keep on trying.  It will break and you will take off again just like before.  Your lose numbers are very similar to mine.  Try not to be depressed.  I know it stinks and it makes you feel down.

Measure yourself once a month.  It makes a world of difference when you hit a stall.  One month I lost 7 inches but only 5 pounds.  So, keep track of that because it will help you get thru the stall from another prospective.

One other thing to remember, not all your weight loss victories are reflected on the scales.  I suggest that you start journaling your non scale victories.  Your WOW moments are important too.  When you hit a stall, look back at your journal and see your success is more than numbers on a scale.

Examples I have in mine are,  wearing a new size pants, walking farther than I ever could before surgery, Being off all my medications, having my son reach all the way around me for a hug, fitting in a restaurant booth.

Huge hugs!
Tracy

Protien builds muscle... muscle weighs more than fat.. You are also probably prone to put on a little water sometime during the month.. Don't freak it... it will stablize just keep to your scheduled yellow sheet and I am sure it will be falling off again soon..
