yellow sheets

A while back someone posted a link where we could print off the new yellow sheets used at St. Vs.  My support group is meeting tonight and I'm going to have a new gal show up.  Various members of her family have called me about her and want me to help her out.  She's having a hard time sticking to the yellow sheets.  I know they've changed since I had my surgery.  I need to take a look at them before I can help out.  I did tell the family that I couldn't offer any suggestions outside what her surgeon recommends (Dr. Huse) but that I could encourage her.

You're a lifesaver!  Thanks so much.  They really came in handy.  We had two new ladies come last night.  One is a patient of Dr. Huse and has already had the surgery.  The other is a patient of Dr. Kaderbak and will have the surgery in October.
