Great 72 Hour's and reminder
I just spent a great 72 hours working a Discipleship Walk. The Lord worked mightily during this time for 31 men that attended. The best thing was I have been struggling with a 10 lb weight gain and having great difficulty staying on track. The Lord placed someone at the walk that was at where I was with my health before the surgery. Greatly overweight, psoriases on the knees and elbows so bad it would flake off as you walked., back hurting so bad you stand with the heel of your foot in the air to keep the pain down a little.
God showed me "Emil this is what you can go back to" Be obedient to me and I will take your burdens. I testfied to the man about my journey and told him I would pray that he could find a way to get healthier.
I fasted the 3 days and will covet any prayers.

God is good all the time and ALL the time God is good... He allows us the freedom of choice to do as we will but Praise Him, He will also jerk a bit of a knot in our tail and say "Hey!! Whatcha doin?" So glad the knot in your tail was jerked!! He loves us so much it pains Him to see the distruction we do to ourselves... Prayers for you and your journey!!
