FINALLY in onederland
After a 3 week stall at 203 I was today 199. It has been years since I have seen a 1 as the first number on my weight.
Dr. Huse recommended more protein, more fluids, more exercise and encouraged me to eat more since I wasn't eating much at all. In fact many days it would be 3 pm and I would realize I hadn't eaten anything at all yet that day. Looks like the plan worked. Hopefully it will continue.

Congratulations Terry !!!!! I can't remember the last time I was under 200 lbs. I know for sure I was prolly in Jr. High School (7th or 8th grade maybe). I was a football player and also wrestled and my senior year I weighed in at 275 lbs, and it was uphill from there once I landed a desk job !!!!!
Again great job !!!

Way to go Terry! I told you it is crazy to me that we have to feed our bodies to lose weight! But we do, and it works. Keep up the great work. Did you take a picture of the scale saying 199? I did!! It's a huge moment for us.

Oh Terry! How wonderful for you! I can't wait till I can join all you girls (and guys) in Onederland!!
I was 221 this morning. I haven't seen that in a long while. I can't complain though. Less than 5 months ago, I was 300.4. That's what I weighed the day after surgery. The morning of surgery I was 294.4. So, I've come this far in not quite 5 months, and I've yet to lose one strand of hair. Yay me...
Terry, you look absolutely amazing!!
