I finished the mini in 3 hours 30 min 18 seconds. That equates to a 16:04 mile pace. My overall finish was a whopping 27371.  There was a mass amount of people. All I could see ahead of me was a wall ov walkers in front of me. It was the most awesome experience I have ever done. I managed to trim a minute off my last half marathon which was last fall in Fort Wayne. Now if I can trim another minute off this time when I do that half marathon again this fall. I really would like to finish a half marathon in 3 hours 15 min. Just need to start running more. But hey, Rome was not conquered in a day. Slow and steady win the race.

Wow Sue, I had no idea you were running in the Mini.  What an accomplishment.  I only wish I had as much ambition as you do.  I wish that I had something in my to put a spark up my ass and get me moving.

I am so glad that you finished the Mini and a minute less then last time!!!!!  That is just so great!  Congrats.

The beauty of a woman is not seen through what she wears. It is seen through how she carries herself and the way she doesn’t allow herself to settle. Don’t ever let anyone take for granted the beauty that is within you. Stand firm and know that you’re a wonderful person. Always remember your value and respect yourself. I’m so blessed to have you in my life.  Sometimes we all need to be reminded how special we really are!
