Thursday morning...

Good morning hoosiers!!

I hope everyone has a good day today. Not much planned for me. I'm up eating breakfast and getting ready to head to the gym. I have my 4 year old niece up here because my sister is bartending for the derby at Churchill Downs and so I'm going to try and do a photo shoot with her as long as the weather holds up. Other than that not much else is happening...

welp...it's back to work for me today...
today and tomorrow then off for my surgery (pending results from my echo and stress test)..
so i gotta get real busy @ work today and get everything done...
it's just kinda a bad time b/c it's month end and noone else knows how to do the sales reports....
i may have them email what i need and do it @ home....
seems like when im gone, if someone else touches my stuff....
oh loooooordddd!!! its a mess to come back to!!!
Arghhh!!!
I'm not really nervous or excited about my surgery... i wanna wait until i get clearance and then ill be hoppin around like a jumpin bean...keep your fingers crossed for me my fellow hoosiers!!!!

Good morning all. Time to get ready for work already. Where did my 3 days off go to? It seems like the days are getting shorter even as the daylight hours are getting longer. I guess that just means we are spending more and more time out with the light! I know I am.

I had a dream last night, and in it, there was a message sent to me, and I wanted to share it with everyone.  This was so profound that I was actually able to remember it, so I knew I NEEDED to pass it on.

Never allow God to apologize for what YOU have done.

I guess that sums it all up for me and what my future holds. I don't know if I have heard that quote before, or if I have read it, but it popped out in my dreams, so it really must be needed to share.

Nothing else much going on right now. Just a simple prayer request for us right now.  There are a few things going on here that are leaving all of us kinda at a crossroads.  I am waiting for "Devine Intervention", or at least a phone call! LOL  I will know more about what is in store for the future soon enough, so just keep your fingers crossed for us! Thanks.

Good morning. I am heading off to Frankenmuth MI with a girlfriend for a weekend of fun and shopping. We will also head over to Holland for the Tulip Festival if the weather is good.  I hope everyone here has a safe enjoyable weekend. Jana

Oh Jana, that just sounds like so much fun! I love Frankenmuth! I go every time I visit my sister!  There are so many things to do and see there.  Enjoy Holland as well.  The Tulip Festival is so much fun and there are so many beautiful things to see there as well.  Enjoy your trip and have a fun girls weekend!

Good morning...

Yay! It's my Friday! This guy here at work is suppose to have his stuff ready for me to go over. It was suppose to have been done before last August so I'm not holding my breath. If it's not ready, I may go home early and go ahead & start the weekend. This week has been a rough week here at work. Mainly because of not having anything interesting to do to make my time go by more quickly. For some strange reason, they don't want us napping here at our desks....

I checked on Amtrack tickets yesterday for the conference. From Indy to Chicago and back, for each adult, they are only $60. I think if we go to the conference, that will be how Tiff & I will go. That'd be alot more enjoyable for both of us.

I love going to Chicago on Amtrak. My daughter, grandaughter & I are going on May17th out of Crawfordsville. Amy & I go 2 times a year. I know you will enjoy it. Jana

I have never been on an Amtrak train.  I think it would be exciting to go by train tho.  Have fun at the conference! I just wish I could go.  I doubt it will be this close again any time soon! I can only hope it will be again sometime.

I love going on a train. When I was young, I took the Amtrack from Texarkana, Texas to Joliet. And then about 10 yrs ago or so, my mom, my 2 sisters and I took Amtrack from Indy to Chicago to Texarkana, Tx and back. I love the train. It'd be Tiff's first time though. We are waiting to see if/when surgery is going to be scheduled for me to book anything.

LaChelle...it was only a few years ago that there was an OH conference in Lexington, KY. I wouldn't doubt it at all if there isn't one in Indy or Columbus in the next few years.
